Our newest career connection tool, the Virtual Career Fair, allows for job seekers to find new opportunities and for employers to share about their organization, all without the hectic scheduling that comes with an in-person career fair.
We partner with employers to produce introductory videos, which serve as the first point of contact with anyone who may be looking for a job with their organization. These videos are the initial handshake and conversation, covering everything from what positions are available, to how the hiring process unfolds and what the company culture is like.

We encourage job seekers to get in contact with organizations that are of interest to them, and invite these organizations to come into our facility to present to Center for People learners in person.
These presentations are a more personal and in-depth conversation, allowing for both employers and potential employees to interview one another and see what connections may form.
