Volunteer

Help us break cycles of poverty in Lincoln!

Volunteering is a powerful way to make a positive impact on people’s lives and to contribute to the greater good of humanity. It offers a unique opportunity to connect with individuals from different backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, and to learn from each other. By volunteering, you can witness firsthand how your time, skills, and resources can transform someone’s life and bring joy and hope to those who need it most.

Opportunities

We need many kinds of volunteers to support our programs 365 days a year. We currently have listed two specific ways to help anytime. The first step is to let us know you’re interested. We will then send you the required application, and once approved, you will be notified about how to sign up.

Food/Diaper Distribution

We can always use volunteers to help distribute food and diapers to our Center for People families. Join us once a week or once in a while!

Toyland Joy

“Coming to Toyland, it didn’t look like struggle. There were kids my age and toys and music. I was so excited when I got a starter jacket. I picked it out, but getting it wrapped to have a gift to open, it fills you up.
