Our on-site greenhouse is more than just a space for growing produce—it’s a thriving resource for nutrition, education, and community impact.
Built as part of our larger food distribution initiative, the greenhouse provides fresh, nutrient-rich greens that go directly into our People’s Pantry. These locally grown ingredients are available to the individuals and families we serve, supporting healthier meals and improved access to fresh food.
But the impact doesn’t stop there. The greenhouse is also a space for hands-on learning. The greenhouse is also an educational space, where learners learn about producing quality food, through vertical gardening, composting, and sustainability.
As we look ahead, we’re expanding our growing capacity, adding more growth towers, and continuing to integrate our greenhouse into every aspect of our wellness and food access programming.
