Opening Doors is a community reentry program designed to support individuals as they transition from incarceration into the workforce and community life. We believe that everyone deserves a second chance—and the right support can unlock a lifetime of opportunity.

The Opening Doors program focuses on translating both new and existing strengths into real-world success. All participants receive training in effective communication, workplace etiquette, computer literacy, and many other essential skills.

Whether someone is on furlough, recently released, or looking to rebuild their future, Opening Doors provides the tools, community, and support necessary to thrive beyond incarceration.
