Katie is a bright and determined leader who has made a tremendous impact at Center for People.

Her dedication and joy shine through in every interaction, and her empathy and ambition consistently inspire those around her. Katie is a big believer in the power of showing up, putting in the work, and making a difference.

What’s a fun or interesting fact about you that most people wouldn’t guess?

“I studied nutrition in college and worked in the field for 3 years before I entered the non-profit world. I learned a lot about coaching, and people through my experience, and I can transfer that to the people I work with now!”

What’s a book, movie, or song that inspires you and why?

“I’m a big fan of thrilling, action-packed films—something like Transformers or The Dark Knight—but I enjoy a wide range of genres!”

If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be and how would you use it?

“Definitely mastering all of the languages- I am so envious of anybody who speaks multiple languages!”

When faced with hard times, who has helped you get from hopeless to hopeful? What were the biggest lessons you learned?

“My family- always! I have been so lucky to have all of the support behind me. They cheer me through everything! The biggest lesson I have learned is- showing up, and consistency matters!”
