She finds joy in creating opportunities that inspire growth and learning, and she’s passionate about building meaningful connections with everyone she meets. Shanon’s love for discovery and her knack for turning inspiration into action make her an integral part of the team.

What’s a fun or interesting fact about you that most people wouldn’t guess?

“I was born and raised and still live in the Czech Capital of the USA. Something surprising about me? One of my part-time gigs during college was teaching piano lessons.”

What’s a book, movie, or song that inspires you and why?

“Not what you typically think of when you think inspiring but I love self-help books. They inspire me to continuously improve and learn. Two of my favorites are Eat That Frog and the QBQ. I’ve read them both more times than I care to admit. One gets me organized and back on track, the other reminds me that I am the only one responsible for the outcome of my story.”

If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be and how would you use it?

“Woodworking or welding. I love creating things and woods and metals are two things that I would like to work more with.”

When faced with hard times, what was the best advice you received or the biggest lessons you learned?

“I can think of a number of situations in my life that my aunt has helped me through. Some she doesn’t even know about. She has fought battles and overcome things in her life with positivity and passion. She is inspiring and brave. Some of my favorite words of advice from her are ‘Don’t worry, bout a thing. Cause every little thing, is gonna be alright’ (you need to sign this for the full effect) and ‘Better things tomorrow’.”
