Our new Refugee Employee Assistance Program – or REAP – provides training, education, and career connections for newly arrived refugees. As they settle in to life in a new city, REAP helps them discover how they can participate in Nebraska’s workforce.
Many new arrivals enroll in both REAP and our classes for English Language Learning, or ELL.
